These are the terms on which NiciNico Photography sells digital downloads. By completing a purchase you agree to the points below.
What you are buying
A personal-use license to high-resolution digital files of a photograph (typically three crops of the same image). You receive the files; copyright remains with NiciNico Photography. The full license is on the License page.
Delivery
Your files are available immediately after payment on a download page, and are also emailed to the address you provide. Your download link stays valid for 14 days from the date of purchase, and the confirmation email names the exact date it expires. After that date the link stops working. If you miss the window, write to us and we will restore access.
Right of withdrawal
Digital content supplied immediately is exempt from the statutory fourteen-day cooling-off period, provided you agree to that before you pay. At checkout you confirm the following, and payment cannot be completed until you do: “I understand this is a digital purchase. The photographs are delivered as downloads, my download link stays valid for 14 days, and by asking for the files straight away I give up the right to withdraw from the sale.” Your consent is recorded with the order.
Refunds
Because files are delivered digitally, sales are final once payment has been made, which is the point at which you have given the consent described above. If the files do not open or are corrupted, get in touch within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Payment and currency
All prices are in euros. Payment is processed securely by PayPal; we never see or store your card details.
